Assistance Coordinator

Shift: Rotating, 3-day schedule
Job Location: Salem, NH
On Call International provides medical and travel assistance to over 7MM travelers per year. Recent growth has created an opportunity for enthusiastic individuals who are interested in a fast paced, dynamic, team environment. Our Assistance Coordinators provide timely and accurate guidance and customer service to travelers worldwide. And, with a 24x7 operation, our schedules offer flexibility and variety.
Assistance Coordinators exercise initiative and independent judgment to solve problems of limited scope and complexity. They assume responsibility for decisions, tasks, and actions that could have significant impact.
Successful candidates are self-directed, organized, detail-oriented, and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preference will be given to bilingual candidates who have previous experience in any one of the following areas:
- extensive personal travel
- insurance administration
- customer service and/or call center industry
- medical terminology training
- participation in a study-abroad program
